SJMJ shall use personal information within the extent of purposes of use informed to you at the time personal information was collected or otherwise publicly announced where necessary in order to perform its obligations.

Whereby SJMJ assigns the handling of personal information to a third party, said third party shall be thoroughly investigated and appropriately managed so as to ensure the security of personal information.

SJMJ shall maintain the accuracy and ensure secure management of personal information.

SJMJ shall establish appropriate information security measures against unauthorized access and computer viruses etc, in order to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration and leakage of personal information.

SJMJ shall not allow the leakage of personal information by means of external transmission or the removal of personal information from the premises.

SJMJ shall appoint a privacy officer to oversee the appropriate management of personal information.

SJMJ shall conduct training for executives and employees regarding the appropriate management of personal information and shall enforce the appropriate handling of personal information in day-to-day work.

SJMJ shall periodically review the system/framework in place to protect personal information and make improvements where necessary.
